About the Founder

SNYC Holdings is led by a Queens-born operator with a background in military service and over a decade of experience advising companies across industrial, technology, and healthcare sectors. After years of helping founders navigate major transitions, the focus shifted toward building a long-term holding company rooted in operational discipline and service to the local community.

Having grown up around small businesses in New York City, the founder brings a deep respect for the people who keep essential services running. SNYC Holdings was created to provide business owners with a stable succession path and a permanent home for the organizations they’ve built — with continuity, care, and long-term ownership at the center of every decision.
